How Do I Make A Purchase?

  1. Click on THE COLLECTION tab in the navigation bar or the NECKLACES or BRACELETS tabs on the homepage to access the collection of items available for sale.
  2. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, click on the ADD TO CART tab. Here you can select either to CONTINUE SHOPPING or CHECK OUT, select the desired tab.
  3. You can review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the CART icon at the top of the page at any time you are on the website. You can use the X icon next to the product listed in your SHOPPING CART to delete items from your cart.
  4. Click on CHECKOUT to complete your order by making your payment.

 

How do I know what size to order?

We made life easier for you..:) THE JAVIERS Bracelets are ADJUSTABLE to your desired size. Necklaces come in fixed sizes that range between 25cm – 30cm. If you have any doubts regarding the sizes, contact THE JAVIERS Customer Care Team on info@thejaviers.com. Please have your desired measurements included in the email so that our team can guide you in purchasing your perfect item.

 

Do I need to set up an Account to place an order?

You can shop at THE JAVIERS without creating an account. Simply follow the How Do I Make A Purchase steps above.

 

Where does THE JAVIERS ship to?

THE JAVIERS ships to most areas within the Middle East and some areas within Europe. THE JAVIERS will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in compliance with the law of UAE.

 

How long will delivery take and how much will it cost?

Within the U.A.E

THE JAVIERS offers FREE Standard Delivery (1 – 3 business days) for orders within the U.A.E.

International Orders

THE JAVIERS offers a Fixed shipping fee of 10 USD per item delivered internationally. Items would be delivered within a period of 14 working days.

 

Do I need to sign for my order?

You will need to be available at time of delivery at your preferred delivery address to sign for your order on arrival, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If your delivery address is unattended at time of delivery, a consignment note will be left at your location with instructions by our selected courier service for you to sign and pick up your package form a selected dispatch and delivery location. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery on all orders and are unable to authorize for insured packages to be delivered without a signature.

 

Does The Javier ship to multiple addresses?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

 

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

We understand you want your order as soon as possible, so THE JAVIERS Warehouse Team aims to process and pack your order as quickly as possible once your order has been placed. This means that if you need to make changes to your order (including your shipping address). We can only do so if it hasn’t left our warehouse. To change your shipping address, please email THE JAVIERS Team on info@thejaviers.com placing the word URGENT in the email subject. Please note delivery changes will only be made if your order has not been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address.

 

How can I buy a Gift Card?

At present, THE JAVIERS does not offer Gift Cards, but will launch this service shortly.

 

Which payment methods does THE JAVIERS accept?

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED. If “Credit Card Online” is selected as the payment methods then the details on the Customers ID (Card holders ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase.

 

Will my personal information be kept private?

All credit/debit cards’ details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties

 

The item I want is sold out. Can I buy it anywhere else?

If something you like is out of stock, please contact THE JAVIERS Team at info@thejaviers.com to see if they can make it available for you or help you find alternative options.

 

What is THE JAVIERS Return Policy?

At THE JAVIERS, we offer refunds on returns ONLY in the case of delivery of wrong items. Refunds will be done through the Original Mode of Payment. All pieces must be unworn and supported with proof of purchase. THE JAVIERS does not offer returns or exchanges on any sale items. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information. We will notify you once we receive your return and throughout the course of the return process by email and/or by telephone.

 

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be issued to the original credit card used to place the order. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. You can contact THE JAVIERS Team on info@thejaviers.com to find out more information on your refund process. We will notify you on the progress of your refund once we receive your return, and throughout the course of the return process by email and/or by telephone.

 

What if my item is faulty?

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If upon receiving an item you discover any manufacturing fault, kindly send back the item with the courier service company. THE JAVIERS team will help resolve the problem as fast as possible. What if I don’t have the original JAVIERS Packaging?

If you are missing your JAVIERS shipping package, use a similar sized cardboard box to send the item back to us. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for safely packing your return so we receive the items in their original condition. Items that are used, worn or in a different state than delivery will NOT be accepted.

 

Can I place an item on hold?

No items can be placed on hold on THE JAVIERS. Items must be ordered and paid for immediately while stocks last.

 

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

Open any newsletter that you have received from THE JAVIERS. Scroll down to the bottom of the newsletter and click Unsubscribe to no longer receive these emails. Remember THE JAVIERS newsletter is the best way to find out about new arrivals, the latest sale offers & promotions.

The Javiers Website is Governed under the Law of UAE.

 

My Credit card is not being accepted. What is wrong?

When making your payment please check that;

  • There are no spaces in your credit card number;
  • Your billing address is the same as the address on your credit card; and
  • Your name appears exactly the same as on the card
