www.thejaviers.com ships to most areas within the Middle East & Europe. However, we will NOT deal or provide and

services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in compliance with the law of the United Arab Emirates.

Within the U.A.E

The Javiers offers FREE Standard Delivery (1 – 3 working days – excluding public holidays and weekends) within the

U.A.E.

International Orders

THE JAVIERS offers a flat rate of 10 USD shipping fee per item delivered internationally. Items would be delivered

within a period of 14 working days.

The shipping rate is exclusive of all applicable duties, whether customs or otherwise, and do not include government

charges (if any).

REFUNDS

At THE JAVIERS, we offer refunds on returns ONLY in the case of delivery of wrong items. Refunds will be done

through the Original Mode of Payment. For Hygienic purposes, all pieces must be unworn and supported with proof of

purchase. THE JAVIERS does not offer returns or exchanges on any sale items. We will notify you once we receive

your return and throughout the course of the return process by email and/or by telephone.

For refunds, please send your request to info@thejaviers.com upon receiving your order. Our team will confirm

your request and reply to your email. Please ship your return within three (03) days from receiving the Item. Returns

shipped more than three (03) days after receiving refund requests will be subjected to an additional restocking fee of

10%.

For refunds, please follow these steps.

1. Securely repackage your merchandise by the original package received. Cover or remove any original mailing

address label or carrier barcodes from package.

2. Please send your return to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that any unsettled shipping costs associated with return packages will be deducted from your refund.

3. Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. The Javiers cannot accept responsibility for

packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.

4. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 10 business days from the time we

receive your return for it to be processed.

NOTE: All items must be packaged in the original packing that it was placed in. Please read our Exchange & Returns

Terms & Conditions above.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
